Dr. AbdulAziz Syed

With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. AbdulAziz founded Journey Home Center on the belief that every person deserves a safe, nurturing space to heal and grow. His approach is trauma-informed, spiritually integrative, and deeply client-centered.

Community Educator

Asma Maghribi

Asma is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan, where she also holds a certificate in Interprofessional Trauma-Informed Practice. With a background in designing and facilitating workshops on social-emotional topics, she brings a warm, strengths-based approach to her work at Journey Home Center. Asma leads our workshops and support groups with a culturally humble, spiritually integrative, and trauma-informed lens.
