Our Sexual Recovery Workgroups are structured 12-week programs combining psychoeducation, evidence-based curriculum, and the healing power of community. Two tracks are available, determined through our intake process.
The Two Tracks
Our Sexual Recovery Workgroups are closed-cohort, clinician-facilitated programs that combine psychoeducation, evidence-based curriculum, and the healing power of shared community. Two tracks are available — placement is determined through our intake process.
For men whose sexual behaviors have extended beyond pornography into a broader pattern of compulsive sexual acting out. This track addresses the full scope of sexual compulsivity with structured clinical curriculum.
Designed for men whose primary struggle is pornography use — including compulsive viewing, escalation patterns, and the relational and psychological effects of long-term use.
How placement works: After submitting an inquiry, you'll receive a brief confidential survey. This is followed by a short clinical interview with our therapist. Based on this intake process, we'll determine which workgroup track is the right fit — and whether the group setting is appropriate as a starting point or whether individual therapy should come first.
Workgroup Structure
Recovery Workgroups are structured programs — not open support groups. The same participants journey through the material together over 12 weeks, building trust, accountability, and genuine therapeutic community along the way.
Each session is clinician-facilitated and follows a dedicated workbook. Sessions combine psychoeducation, personal processing, and peer accountability in a structured, confidential environment.
Groups are limited to 8–10 men to preserve the intimacy and depth that makes this format effective.

The 12-week workgroup is offered with two payment options — pay in two installments or save $50 by paying in full at enrollment.
